According to the UN’s own statistics Isreal has the lowest civilian casualty rating in any urban conflict.
This would not be true if Israel was killing any Palestinian it can.
To put it into context the USA killed more innocent people in 1 night during world war 2 then Israel has killed in its entire 75 year history.
Either Israel is incapable of matching the technology of 1944 USA, or they are actually not “killing any Palestinian it can”.
